Order status & tracking

Shipping & delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh. Free delivery in Dhaka on orders over BDT 1,599. Outside Dhaka, delivery fees apply. Typical delivery: 2–5 business days in Dhaka, 5–10 days elsewhere.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns on unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Contact us before returning. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
